WordPress 5.6 has been released and is out in the wild.
The much anticipated update to the WordPress CMS fixes a number of issues and updates the jQuery library. It also has much needed improvement to the Gutenberg editor.
With this update there might be some bumps. With WordPress core updating the jQuery library it uses, old non-supported and non-updated plugins will likely break.
It is advised that all site owners either audit their site on their own or hire a professional to do so.
All of Goldstein Media’s clients on maintenance plans are being audited and upgraded when deemed safe.
