Nathan Deily has worked in the employment and people (HR) space more than a decade. He has worked in Aerospace/Defense and some corporate giants like Microsoft and Honeywell. At nTH Venture, he is the Chief People officer and is in charge of HR for their portfolio of companies. nTH Venture is different than a normal VC fund. They not only help entrepreneurs build their businesses, but they also build business within their VC studio.
